Gloss Black Glass Bottle, White Spray, 50 ml

This glossy black glass bottle with a volume of 50 ml and a white fine mist sprayer is ready to be filled with liquid cosmetic products applied by spraying. The black glass protects the contents from light, so it is suitable for hydrosols, facial toners, refreshing mists, alcohol-based and perfume sprays, and light hair sprays containing light-sensitive ingredients. The sprayer disperses the contents in fine droplets evenly over the skin or hair, and the product does not need to be spread with the hands.

The set consists of a glass medicine bottle and a plastic fine mist sprayer made of polypropylene (PP) with a tube that reaches the bottom of the bottle. The glossy black surface with the white closure gives a cohesive look without any further finishing.

Nominal and total volume

Nominal volume is the volume the bottle is designed for in normal filling. Total brimful volume is the physical volume of the glass up to the neck, and you will find it in the parameters. The difference between them forms a reserve for the sprayer with its tube, which takes up part of the space once screwed on, and for the expansion of the contents when the temperature changes. The bottle is filled up to the nominal volume, not to the brim. If it is overfilled, the contents may overflow through the neck when the sprayer is screwed on.

What it is suitable for

The sprayer is designed for thin, watery products. These include hydrosols, water-based or alcohol-based toners, facial mists with glycerine, hyaluronic acid or extracts, perfume waters and hair sprays with low viscosity. The mechanism will not disperse thicker products, gel textures or pure vegetable oils, or it may become clogged. Such products belong in a bottle with a dropper or a pump.

Good to know

Before the first filling, wash and disinfect the bottle and the sprayer and let them dry completely. Let hot contents cool down before filling.

The plastic sprayer made of polypropylene withstands common cosmetic products. With a high content of essential oils or solvents, we recommend checking how the plastic behaves in the finished formulation, because long-term contact may affect the tightness or flexibility of the mechanism.

Both parts are declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics. Only the glass bottle has a certificate for direct contact with food; the sprayer does not have one. The set as a whole is therefore intended for cosmetics.

After thorough washing and disinfection, the glass bottle can be reused. The sprayer lasts for several fillings, but replace it at the first sign of leaking or weaker pressure. Glass belongs in the glass recycling bin and the sprayer in the plastics bin.
