Black glossy dropper 84 mm is a precise and practical dosing closure designed for convenient application of liquid blends, oils and serums. Thanks to its construction, it enables controlled drop-by-drop dosing, which is ideal for concentrated formulations, active ingredients and aromatherapeutic blends. It represents a reliable accessory for dropper bottles and vials where precision, clean application and minimization of residues in the packaging are important.
The dropper is designed as a functional dosing element for selected bottles and vials available on Handymade. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure that the chosen combination fully meets the requirements of your specific product.

To select a suitable bottle, vial or other type of packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In this filter you can conveniently sort packaging by neck type, size, colour and material, so you can easily match this type of dropper with a suitable container for your specific formulation.
The dropper can be used repeatedly if correct hygiene principles are followed and it is handled appropriately. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the dropper and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol (/ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ target="_blank") or 96 % ethanol denatured plant-based (/etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/ target="_blank"). In this way you minimize the risk of microbial contamination and extend the service life of the packaging accessories.
The cleaning procedure depends on the type of mixture being filled; in general, however, we recommend first mechanically rinsing with a suitable solvent (for example a vegetable oil for oil serums or water for aqueous solutions) and then thoroughly washing with a mild cleaning agent. After rinsing with drinking water, allow the dropper to dry naturally and, before using it again, disinfect it with an alcohol from the Handymade range. Make sure that no residues of cleaning agents enter the dosing part.
This type of dropper is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as facial and body oils, serums, light oil macerates, tinctures or drops containing glycerine. With very thick oils or gel textures, dripping may be slower and it is recommended to perform a dosing trial on a small sample to verify whether the dropper achieves the desired flow rate and application comfort.
After each use, we recommend cleaning the dosing part of the dropper from any residues of the cosmetic product, especially if it contains plant particles or crystallizing components. Gently wiping the end of the pipette with a clean paper or textile towel and carefully closing the bottle will help. For formulations that tend to crystallize (for example a high content of salts or certain actives), it is advisable to carry out a stability test and, if necessary, adjust the formulation or choose another type of dosing.
