Mustard oil is obtained by cold pressing from seeds grown and harvested in India. It contains high levels of antioxidants, vitamin E and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
It is also an excellent ingredient in mixtures for treating muscle pain and rheumatism as it has stimulating and warming effects. These properties place mustard oil in the group of massage aids, suitable for massaging cold feet or the body for colds, colds, lack of energy and general muscle fatigue, or for the very popular Indian head massage to stimulate hair growth and nourish it very well.
Due to its intense effects, we recommend applying it in low concentrations, both when applied directly to the skin and in your products.
