Cut the mass into cubes and heat in a water bath or microwave for short intervals. Do not overcook it, stir gently after melting and remove surface bubbles with isopropyl alcohol.
Add dyes gradually to achieve shade; fragrance oils usually 1-3% depending on fragrance intensity and compatibility. For products, follow recommendations and IFRA limits in documentation.
After pouring, spray the surface with IPA and allow to cure at room temperature in a dry place. Wrap the finished soaps as soon as possible so that the glycerine does not bind moisture from the air.
Complete documentation includes a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate of Analysis (Atest), IFRA standards and an allergen list. The documents are available with the products or on request.
