Black-gold 84 mm dropper is a practical and aesthetically refined accessory for glass dropper bottles and vials, which enables precise dosing of drops without unnecessary waste. The reliable construction ensures controlled withdrawal of the liquid and helps maintain consistent quality in home and semi-professional production of cosmetics or other solutions.
This type of dropper is ideal for liquid products where precise application, clean handling and protection against contamination are crucial. In combination with a compatible bottle, it forms a functional packaging system suitable for smaller doses of active substances, extracts or concentrated preparations.
The dropper must be fitted onto a bottle with a compatible neck and thread according to the parameters stated for both products. First make sure that the bottle neck is clean and dry, then screw the dropper on evenly until you feel slight resistance – without excessive tightening, in order not to damage the thread or sealing parts. After filling, try a few test drops and briefly check whether the contents do not escape outside the dropper during transport or when the bottle is turned upside down.
The dropper can be reused if strict hygiene rules are observed and the good mechanical condition of all parts is maintained. Before each new filling, the packaging including the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then reuse them for a new product.
The dropper is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity liquids such as facial and body oils, serums, water-based or alcoholic solutions, aromatherapeutic blends and other concentrated products used in small amounts. With significantly thicker formulations, dropping can be slower, so it is advisable to carry out a trial filling in advance and verify whether dosing is sufficiently smooth and comfortable for the specific product type.
After the contents of the bottle have been used up, we recommend disassembling the dropper into individual parts as far as the construction allows and thoroughly rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent or a neutral detergent in adequately warm water. Afterwards, it is advisable to disinfect with alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 %, and allow all parts to dry completely. Avoid using aggressive solvents or excessively high temperatures, which could affect the shape or elasticity of the material and thus the accuracy of dosing.
If you decide not to reuse the dropper and the related bottle, we recommend recycling them in accordance with the instructions resulting from the material composition stated in the product parameters. Glass parts generally belong in the glass container, plastic or rubber components are sorted according to the type of plastic into the appropriate plastics container. Before discarding, it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and remove product residues so that the recycling process is not disrupted.
