First, it is advisable to empty the bottle and the cap and remove any remaining contents as thoroughly as possible. Then place the packaging in the collection container according to the relevant recycling symbol of the material (for example, plastic in the yellow bin, glass in the green or white bin, etc.). If the packaging is composed of several materials, it is advisable, where possible, to separate the individual parts and sort them separately. Before introducing the closures into regular production, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. Fill the selected bottle with the corresponding cap with your product and leave it for a certain period of time under conditions similar to real operation (temperature, handling, transport). Observe whether any changes occur on the plastic parts (softening, cracking, discolouration), whether the closure seals well and whether the dropper dispenses smoothly and evenly. At the same time, verify that the safety lock still works reliably even after repeated opening and closing. Such a test will help prevent later issues during long-term storage of the product.
