Black-gold dropper 59 mm is an elegant application component designed for precise and controlled dosing of products in drops. In combination with a suitable dropper bottle or vial, it enables hygienic and convenient packaging of liquid cosmetic preparations as well as concentrated blends where dosing accuracy and minimisation of the content’s contact with air are important.
Thanks to the construction of the dropper, the product can be dispensed drop by drop or in small volumes, which is ideal for intensive serums, oils, perfume compositions or active concentrates. The black-gold design gives the final packaging a professional and premium appearance, making it suitable not only for home-made formulations but also for small brands and creators who want to differentiate their products.
This dropper is intended as a functional closing and dosing component for compatible bottles and vials available in the Handymade range. It is always necessary to choose a suitable combination according to the parameters of the given packaging to ensure correct fitting and reliable sealing.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for specific or highly concentrated formulations.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Fill the bottle so that enough free space remains between the product surface and the dropper, which allows smooth suction of the liquid into the pipette. After filling, screw the dropper on firmly, but not excessively tightly, to avoid damaging the seal. Before first use we recommend pressing the bulb several times so that the pipette becomes completely filled and the dosing is smooth.
The dropper can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed and only if it is in good technical condition. Before each new filling we recommend completely cleaning all parts, rinsing them with a suitable cleaning agent and then disinfecting them, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant-based ethanol. Only after complete drying is the dropper ready for further use.
The dropper is optimal for low-viscosity to medium-viscosity liquids, such as face serums on a water or oil base, light plant oils, aromatherapeutic blends or liquid concentrates. For very thick or gel products, suction may be slower, and it is advisable to test compatibility in advance on a small trial sample to verify the speed and uniformity of dosing.
For normal maintenance we recommend regularly cleaning the dropper with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, while it is important to thoroughly rinse the inside of the pipette. Before new filling, disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol, and complete drying should follow. Avoid using aggressive solvents that could damage the rubber part or the seals.
If you decide not to use the dropper further, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. Take into account the material of each part – plastic components, the glass part of the pipette or the rubber bulb often need to be sorted separately according to local recycling rules. Before handing it over for sorted collection, always remove product residues and mechanically clean the packaging.
