White glossy dropper 44 mm is a practical closure with precise dosing for liquid products, used mainly in cosmetics, aromatherapy and for preparing homemade blends. Thanks to the construction of the dropper it enables controlled and hygienic dosing without unnecessary wastage and without soiling the neck of the bottle. It is suitable for packaging liquids with low to medium viscosity, where accuracy and repeatability of the dose are required.

However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, smoothness and accuracy of dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, volatility, alcohol content or oil phase content).

You offer many types of packaging – how can I find the right one for my product?

Thanks to it, it is possible to quickly filter by neck type, size, colour as well as packaging and closure material. We recommend first selecting a suitable bottle or container and then choosing compatible closures, droppers or other dosing components according to the stated parameters.

Is this dropper suitable for thicker oily or more viscous products?

The dropper is primarily intended for liquids with low to medium viscosity, for which smooth dripping without excessive pressure is ensured. For thicker oils or gel-like consistencies we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether dosing takes place evenly and in a quantity that suits you. If the flow is too slow, a different type of closure or applicator may be more suitable.

How to correctly clean and reuse the dropper?

The dropper can be reused if hygiene principles and a suitable cleaning procedure are followed. Before each new filling it is necessary to disassemble the dropper to the extent allowed by its construction, clean it thoroughly mechanically and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable, which you can find at /ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l/ and /etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l/. After disinfection, let all parts dry completely and only then use the dropper again.

What should I pay attention to when combining the dropper with bottles made of different materials?

When combining the dropper with glass or plastic bottles, it is important that the neck and thread type are fully compatible with the closure, which is stated in the product parameters. It is also recommended to verify sealing when filled with the specific product – especially if it contains a higher proportion of alcohol, essential oils or other volatile components. After filling, turn the bottle with the dropper fitted upside down as a test and observe whether any leakage or seepage occurs at the thread area.

How to safely dispose of or recycle the dropper if I do not want to reuse it?

If you decide not to reuse the dropper, we recommend that after emptying any remaining contents and performing basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the material indicated in the parameter table at the product on Handymade. If the dropper consists of several parts, it is advisable to separate them and recycle each component in the appropriate collection stream, if the local sorting system allows this. Respect local waste management rules and the recommendations stated for the specific packaging in the e‑shop.
