Place the dropper vertically onto the clean and dry neck of the vial and tighten it evenly until you feel slight resistance and the safety ring fits against the rim of the neck. During the first firm tightening, the safety mechanism is activated, which ensures the stable position of the dropper. Before filling, we always recommend carrying out a trial tightening on an empty container to verify the correct seating and sealing.

The dropper is designed for dosing liquids by dripping and is therefore most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity formulations such as lighter oils, serums or hydroalcoholic solutions. With very viscous oils, the drop flow may be slower, so we recommend testing with the specific raw material or finished product and, if necessary, adapting the method of application or choosing a different dosing type.

The dropper can be used repeatedly in home production and for smaller batches, but always only when strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is the dropper again ready for use with a new formulation.

The compatibility of the dropper with the vial depends on the type and diameter of the container neck. For other combinations, we recommend verifying the match based on the neck parameters and then carrying out your own test of sealing, dripping and behaviour of the material in contact with the specific formulation, in order to ensure reliable functionality in real operation.

If you decide not to reuse the dropper, we recommend disposing of it in accordance with local rules for separated waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before discarding, remove product residues from the internal parts of the dropper and check which collection container the material belongs to (for example, plastic packaging into the appropriate container for plastics). In this way, you support responsible recycling and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
