The matte white-silver plastic dropper is a practical closure for precise and controlled dosing of liquids in small amounts. In combination with a suitable bottle, it creates a functional packaging system that facilitates the application of serums, oils, extracts and other liquid formulations. Thanks to the dropper mechanism, this type of closure is ideal for packaging products where dose precision, cleanliness and repeatability are important.
The construction of the dropper is designed so that, when used correctly, the content of the bottle is protected from external contamination and unnecessary contact with air. The matte white-silver finish provides the packaging with an elegant, professional appearance and nicely complements the modern design of cosmetic as well as artisanal products. The dropper is suitable for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity, where gentle, precise and hygienic dosing is required.
This dropper is intended for use with compatible bottles available in the Handymade.sk range. They are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters of the specific bottle. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the resulting packaging set will be reliable for both short-term and long-term use.

The dropper is primarily intended for thin to medium-viscosity liquids such as light facial oils, serums and toners. With very thick oils or gel-like consistencies, the flow may be significantly slowed down or insufficient. We always recommend testing the dosing on a small sample of your formulation and checking whether the dropper mechanism provides the desired user comfort.
The dropper can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed and only within products that are mutually compatible (type of base, solvent, fragrance). Before each new filling, the dropper and the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable reactions between residues of the original content and the new product.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically rinsing the dropper with a suitable medium (for example distilled water or a compatible solvent according to the type of your formulation) and then disinfecting it with alcohol. For disinfection you can use alcohol-based products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. After applying the alcohol, allow all parts to dry freely at room temperature and only then assemble the dropper and use it for filling. The same procedure is advisable for repeated use to ensure maximum packaging hygiene.
If you decide not to use the dropper any longer, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material stated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for recycling, it is advisable to remove any product residues, dismantle the dropper into the accessible parts and dispose of the individual components in the appropriate sorted waste according to local rules (for example plastic, or mixed waste for parts that cannot be recycled). Always check the exact recycling marking and the recommended method of disposal in the parameter table and in the attached quality certificate so that the packaging is disposed of in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
