Shiny silver dropper 59 mm is a practical dosing component for the precise application of drops in home and professional cosmetic production. In combination with a suitable bottle, it creates a reliable packaging system for liquid products where convenient and hygienic drop-by-drop dosing is required. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the dropper is stable, functional and suitable as an accessory for both glass and plastic packaging according to the selected product parameters.
This dropper is intended for combination with compatible bottles and packaging according to the parameters specified for the particular product. It is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dropper is designed for dosing common oily and low-viscosity liquid cosmetic formulations such as facial oils, serums or aromatic blends. With thicker emulsions or gel textures, dosing may be limited, so we recommend always carrying out a trial filling and testing the passability and smoothness of dripping with your specific recipe.
The dropper can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, all parts that come into contact with the contents must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the components to dry completely on a clean surface and only then use them again for filling.
Always verify compatibility according to the parameters given for the product – the type and size of the bottle neck with which you want to use the dropper is important. We recommend choosing from combinations of packaging and closures that are offered directly on Handymade, as these have been mutually tested. For your own combinations, always carry out a test of sealing, thread functionality and dosing smoothness, ideally before filling the entire batch of product.
When choosing suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. In the extended filter you can conveniently filter according to several parameters at once – in particular according to the type and size of the neck, the overall size of the packaging, colour and material. In this way, you will quickly display only those bottles, vials or jars that will be compatible with the selected dropper and at the same time correspond to the character of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the dropper, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the material specified in the product parameters. Information about the material type and the relevant recycling symbol will help you place the component in the correct collection container in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. In this way you will support efficient recycling of packaging materials and reduce the amount of unnecessary waste in municipal rubbish.
