The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed, especially if it continues to be intended for the same type of product. Before each new filling, the medicine bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the range as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry properly and only then refill it.

After the packaging has been emptied, it is advisable to rinse the sprayer several times with clean water and then, if necessary, also with a disinfectant solution. Pour the cleaning solution into the medicine bottle, screw on the sprayer and press the pump several times so that the solution passes through the entire internal mechanism. Then apply disinfection (for example products based on IPA or ethanol) and allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid mechanically dismantling parts that are not intended for disassembly so as not to damage the dosing mechanism.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and rinsing it, you place it in the appropriate sorted waste according to the material information in the product parameters. Before handing it over to sorted collection, it is advisable to remove product residues from the packaging, if possible separate the plastic bottle from the sprayer mechanism, and proceed in accordance with local recycling rules. The medicine bottle with sprayer is ideal for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity where fine, even atomisation in a small dose is required. These are mainly face and body sprays, hydrating and refreshing mists, toners, auxiliary cleansing solutions or hygiene sprays. Before filling, we recommend checking the behaviour of the specific formulation in the dosing system – whether clogging, undesirable running or uneven spraying occurs – and, if necessary, adjusting the viscosity or composition of the product.
