After filling the packaging, we recommend screwing on the cap evenly and without excessive force so that the thread or the seal is not damaged. Then turn the bottle upside down and briefly observe whether any leakage of the contents occurs. For more viscous or very fluid formulations it is advisable to perform a sealing test in different positions and also during transport in order to verify the behaviour of the packaging under real conditions of use.

Before reuse, first thoroughly remove residues of the original product by rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water. After mechanical cleaning, let the bottle dry and then disinfect it with alcohol, for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. It is also advisable to carry out disinfection of the cap, with emphasis on the thread and the inner surfaces that come into contact with the product.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the types of materials listed in the product parameters. The glass bottle can normally, after being emptied and rinsed of product residues, be handed over to glass collection. The cap is made of a different material, so before disposal separate it from the glass and place it in the appropriate sorted waste according to local rules.
