100 ml glass pharmaceutical bottle with black-gold spray pump is a practical and aesthetic packaging for dispensing various liquids in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the precise spray pump, it is suitable for products that require even application to the skin, hair, textiles or into the surrounding space. Glass is a stable and well-tested packaging material that helps protect the contents from external influences and supports a longer shelf life of properly stored preparations. The elegant combination of the darker bottle and the black-gold spray pump gives your products a professional appearance suitable for personal use as well as for small-scale artisanal production.
Yes, you can use the bottle repeatedly, provided you follow hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after it has completely dried is the packaging ready for refilling. When changing the type of product (for example from a cleaning preparation to a cosmetic), we recommend even more thorough preparation and a compatibility test.
The spray pump is intended for liquids with low to medium viscosity that are suitable for application in the form of a fine mist – for example facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair products, home perfumes or air fresheners. Thick emulsions or oil blends with too high a viscosity may reduce spraying functionality, therefore we recommend always testing the specific formulation.
To maintain the smooth operation of the spray pump, it is advisable to avoid products containing larger particles that could clog the nozzle. After the contents have been used up, it is ideal to dismantle the system, rinse it with lukewarm water and, if necessary, briefly spray through with a clean alcohol solution, which helps remove product residues. Do not leave the spray pump standing for a long time in highly thickened or dried formulations and do not clean it with sharp objects, so as not to damage the nozzle opening.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is advisable to recycle it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. After rinsing product residues, the glass bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic parts of the spray pump belong to plastics. Before recycling, we recommend separating the glass bottle from the plastic closure with spray pump, removing any label residues and following local waste sorting rules. This procedure reduces environmental burden and enables more efficient recovery of the materials used.
To choose a suitable bottle, pharmaceutical bottle or jar, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging categories. You will find it at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category, where you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to neck type, volume, colour and material. This allows you to quickly select packaging that will be technically and visually suitable for your product. For specific formulations, it is advisable, after choosing the packaging, to test compatibility and the behaviour of the product over time.
In general, glass packaging performs very well for products containing alcohol or essential oils, since glass is stable towards them. Nevertheless, we recommend testing each new formulation first in a smaller amount, monitoring the behaviour of the seal and the spray pump and checking whether the dosing remains smooth even after a longer storage period. With a high proportion of volatile substances, it is also advisable to check for possible leakages and to choose appropriate storage away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
