The glass pharmaceutical bottle with black-gold spray pump is an elegant and practical packaging intended for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid formulations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the sturdy glass container and the high-quality spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, aromatherapeutic blends, as well as other professional and artisanal products for which controlled application to the skin or into the air is important.
This type of packaging enables convenient spraying without the hand coming into contact with the contents, which helps reduce the risk of contamination and prolongs the freshness of the product. The glass bottle is suitable for liquid preparations that require material stability, neutral interaction with the contents, and a representative appearance of the final product.
This product represents a combination of a glass bottle and a spray pump, designed to be functional and convenient for everyday use. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before final implementation in production, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the packaging with the specific formula, especially for products based on alcohol, oils or active substances with higher reactivity. A correctly selected combination of the glass pharmaceutical bottle and spray pump helps ensure the stability, safety and comfortable use of the final product.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after it is completely dry is the bottle ready for new filling. In case of repeated use, always also check the functionality and cleanliness of the spray pump.
You can rinse the glass part of the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry. Afterwards, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface using alcohol suitable for this purpose, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or vegetable ethanol 96 %. It is advisable to spray the pump several times with clean water and then also with a disinfectant solution in order to remove residues of the previous filling. Before the next use, it is important that the entire packaging is perfectly dry.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. The glass container is usually sorted into the container intended for glass, and it is advisable to rinse it beforehand to remove any product residues. The plastic spray pump must be separated from the glass and sorted according to the plastic type in line with local waste collection rules. Detailed recycling recommendations can be found in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade.sk website, and you should always also follow the local separate collection system.
The glass pharmaceutical bottle with spray pump is generally suitable for most aqueous and alcoholic solutions, light oil blends and aromatherapeutic preparations. For very thick formulations or products with a high content of viscous oils, spraying may be less smooth. Therefore we recommend carrying out a compatibility test before serial filling, in which you verify the smoothness of dosing, the functionality of the spray pump and the stability of the formulation in contact with the packaging. In the case of aggressive or atypical components, also observe the technical parameters and the recommendations of the packaging manufacturer.
