The glass bottle with spray dispenser is a professional packaging solution suitable for the precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the high-quality material, the packaging is stable, resistant to normal use and suitable for home as well as artisan formulations for facial, body or hair care. The smoked glass also helps to reduce light penetration to the more sensitive contents.
The spray dispenser allows for comfortable and hygienic application of toners, hydrosols, air fresheners, as well as light oil-based or water-based blends. Due to its universal character, the glass pharmaceutical bottle is a popular choice for smaller product runs, test batches and finished final products.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray dispensers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol (for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the shelf life of your preparations.
The bottle with spray dispenser is ideal for liquid preparations that need to be applied as a fine mist – for example facial and body toners, hydrosols, hair sprays, spray deodorants or interior and fabric fragrances. It is also suitable for smaller test batches that require precise and comfortable dosing.
It is advisable to wash the glass container with warm water and a mild detergent after emptying, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely. We then recommend disinfecting the inside of the packaging and the parts that come into contact with the product with a suitable alcohol. For the spray dispenser, it is important to remove product residues by gently rinsing and occasionally “spraying through” with clean water or alcohol so that the mechanism remains functional.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is advisable to recycle it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing, the glass bottle is usually sorted into the container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the closure and spray dispenser are placed into the appropriate container according to the material indicated. Before discarding, remove as much product residue as possible so that sorting is effective and environmentally friendly.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen category of packaging materials. In the filter you can conveniently narrow down the range according to neck type, size, colour and packaging material, allowing you to quickly find the bottle, jar or pot that best matches your formulation and dosing method.
The glass bottle with spray dispenser is also suitable for carrying around, but we recommend always tightening it well and storing it in an upright position during transport. When travelling, it is practical to use a protective case or cover that reduces the risk of damage to the glass. For thicker or very thin formulations we recommend carrying out a trial test of sealing and dosing before applying labels and final use.
