The glass dropper bottle with dosing closure is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and hygienic dosing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to its high-quality design, it is ideal for filling cosmetic formulations, medicinal solutions or concentrated blends where purity, stability and controlled use of the contents are important.
Amber glass naturally helps protect sensitive formulations from light and extends their usability. The glossy dispenser gives the packaging an elegant appearance and at the same time allows comfortable and repeatedly precise application of the product directly from the bottle without the need to handle the contents.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation). For new or non-standard formulations, it is advisable to first fill a smaller trial series and verify the behaviour of the packaging under real conditions of use and storage.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When planning formulations and dosing, we recommend using the data on neck type, volume and compatibility with specific closures given in the technical documentation for the product.
Amber glass is commonly used for packaging sensitive cosmetic and functional products because it helps to limit the effects of light on the contents. Before final use with more demanding formulations, however, we always recommend carrying out your own stability test – first fill a smaller trial batch and monitor the appearance, fragrance and consistency of the product during storage.
The glass bottle and the dispenser can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely and only then fill them again.
We recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle with a residual medium (for example a neutral oil or a suitable solvent used in your formulation), then washing it with warm water and a mild detergent and rinsing thoroughly. After washing, the packaging needs to be disinfected, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, and left to dry naturally. For the dispenser we recommend pumping the disinfectant solution through the mechanism several times to flush the internal part as well.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of material specified in the parameter table for the product. The glass part can generally be placed in the container designated for glass after removing product residues and the closure. Separate the dispenser and any plastic parts according to the type of plastic in line with local recycling rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to at least roughly rinse the packaging to minimise product residues in the collection container.

This makes it easy to find compatible bottles, closures, pumps and sprayers.
