The glass dropper bottle with black child-resistant cap is a reliable packaging designed for the safe filling of sensitive liquid preparations where precise handling and protection of the contents are important. The dark glass helps protect the suitable contents from undesirable light, which is particularly appreciated in formulations containing botanical extracts or aromatic components. In combination with the safety closure, this bottle provides a practical, professional and user-comfortable solution for small batches as well as regular production.
Before first use, it is advisable to visually inspect the glass bottle, remove any dust and prepare it in accordance with your internal hygiene standards. Before filling, we recommend always cleaning the packaging thoroughly and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol from our range. You can find them in the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then proceed to filling.
The bottle can be reused if handled correctly and if hygiene rules are observed, especially in own production or when refilling the same type of product. For each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, the integrity of the glass and the closure checked, and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with the products IPA 99 – isopropyl alkohol 1 l or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Do not reuse the packaging if it is damaged in any way or if you have doubts about its cleanliness in relation to the type of product you plan to fill.
We recommend always storing filled bottles properly closed, in an upright position, in a dry and clean place. Avoid direct sunlight, significant temperature fluctuations and humid environments, which can negatively affect the stability of the product and the closure. For more sensitive formulations, choose a darker, cooler storage area without access of light and always follow the recommendations for the specific type of preparation (for example, the recommended temperature range or maximum storage period).
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend disposing of it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information given in the parameters of the specific product. The glass part of the bottle can generally be sorted into the appropriate glass container after removing any residual contents and labels. Sort the plastic child-resistant cap according to the type of plastic used as stated in the product details or in the recycling symbol on the packaging. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging so that it does not contain residues of the original product and so that the recycling stream is not contaminated.
