Plastic medicine bottle with oil dispenser is a universal packaging intended for precise, hygienic and economical dispensing of various liquid formulations. Thanks to the transparent design, you always have the contents of the bottle under control, which makes it easier to check both the consistency and the amount of product. The practical dispensing system helps to minimize spillage and unnecessary losses during filling as well as during use.
This type of bottle is ideal for packing cosmetic, technical or special drop mixtures where a repeatable dose and clean dispensing without contamination of the contents are important. The high-quality plastic material is designed to retain its shape, provide adequate protection of the contents and allow comfortable handling in both home and professional production.
The standalone bottle with dispensing system is part of a broader portfolio of packaging solutions and is designed to be compatible with selected types of closures and dispensing methods according to the parameters stated for the product. These packages are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators), always however according to the specifically chosen parameters of the packaging and accessories.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – primarily of the sealing, the way of dispensing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging after the contents have been used up, we recommend sorting it correctly according to the type of plastic material stated in the product parameters. Follow the material designation and the local waste sorting rules in your municipality so that the packaging can be efficiently recycled.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with appropriate use and preservation of the good condition of the plastic, but always with strict hygiene principles observed. Before each new filling we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the dispensing part and then thoroughly disinfecting them with a suitable product, for example with products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured – plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize microbial risk and protects the stability of the new fill.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water with a mild detergent, in order to remove residues of the original product. Then let the packaging dry thoroughly and only afterwards proceed to disinfect the internal space and the dispensing part with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant (for example IPA or ethanol from the Handymade portfolio). After the alcohol has evaporated, the packaging is ready for a new filling. When cleaning, avoid exposing the material to excessive heat so that it is not damaged.
The bottle is a universal packaging for a wide range of liquid formulations, however we always recommend performing your own compatibility test with the specific product. Some highly concentrated or specific blends (for example certain types of essential oils or solvents) may have an effect on the plastic or the sealing of the dispenser. Before final implementation into production it is advisable to leave the chosen formulation in the packaging for a certain time, verify tightness, stability of the material and functionality of the dispensing.
When recycling, follow the plastic material designation stated in the product parameters and the symbol on the packaging. After emptying the bottle, remove product residues, if necessary rinse the packaging so that no product residues remain in the collection system. Then sort the packaging into the appropriate plastic container according to local waste sorting rules. If the closure or the dispensing part is made of another material, it is advisable to separate them and sort them according to local recommendations.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. In the advanced filter you can combine several criteria at once – for example type and size of the neck, required size of the packaging, colour or material. In this way you quickly narrow down the selection to the packages that are most suitable for your specific product and for your idea of the packaging design.
During the first filling we recommend checking the correct seating of the dispensing part and sufficient tightening of the closure so that the sealing is optimal. Do not overfill the bottle above the recommended capacity and during use hold it at a suitable angle so that the drop system works evenly. Before introduction into routine sales it is advisable to carry out tests at different storage temperatures and during normal handling in order to verify the stability of dispensing for your specific formulation.
