The glass bottle – medicine bottle with a glossy white-gold dispenser represents a professional packaging solution for cosmetic formulations that require precise and hygienic dispensing. The brown glass contributes to the protection of sensitive components from light, making the packaging suitable for filling serums, oils, active solutions and other liquid products where the stability and quality of the contents during storage and use are important.
The dispensing mechanism, in combination with the glass body of the bottle, ensures controlled application of the product, minimizes contact of the contents with air and helps prevent contamination. The bottle is designed to provide an aesthetic, functional and reusable package that is suitable for manual as well as small-scale artisan production.
The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Before first use we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dispenser and allowing them to dry completely. It is then appropriate to disinfect the internal surfaces using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, and only after the alcohol has evaporated fill the bottle with the final formulation.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging, remove residues of the original product and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol, for example using IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. This procedure reduces the risk of microbial contamination as well as undesirable interactions between the old and new formulations.
The dispenser is ideal especially for liquid to slightly viscous cosmetic products, such as serums, fluids, light oils and emulsion preparations, which require precise and controlled dispensing. For very thick or gel formulations we recommend performing a trial dispensing before final filling to verify the smooth operation of the mechanism and comfort during application.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass container can generally be handed over to separated glass collection after being emptied and basically rinsed. The dispenser, which usually contains a combination of plastic and metal parts, should be separated from the bottle and disposed of according to local rules for mixed or separated waste. When recycling, follow the symbols and information from the parameter table of the specific product.

It is located at the top of the page after clicking on the chosen category and allows you to filter according to several criteria, such as neck type, size, colour or material. This enables you to quickly find bottles, medicine bottles or other containers that match your formulation and desired design.
Before filling the entire production batch we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test. Fill a smaller amount of product into the bottle, leave it for a certain time under conditions similar to real storage and regularly check the sealing, function of the dispenser and any changes in consistency or colour. This procedure will help you verify whether the packaging is suitable for your specific formulation in terms of stability and everyday use.
