Glass bottle – dropper bottle with cream dispenser and black top represents a professional packaging solution for creamy, emulsion and gel formulations that require controlled and hygienic dispensing. Solid glass in combination with a practical dispenser helps protect the contents from contact with air and impurities, thus contributing to the stability and longer shelf life of your products.
The packaging is suitable for filling thicker liquids and creamy blends which, thanks to the dispenser, are applied precisely and without unnecessary waste. It is particularly suitable for artisanal, natural and small-batch cosmetics, where professional presentation, practical use and protection of the texture against repeated opening of the container are important.
This glass dropper bottle with cream dispenser is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and top dispensing system. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to be sure that the packaging will work together with your specific product in the long term.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing mechanism need to be cleaned as thoroughly as possible and then disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using technical alcohol based on IPA or ethanol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated off is the packaging ready to be refilled.
First, we recommend disassembling, where possible according to the construction, the upper part of the dispenser and rinsing it with warm water and a mild detergent suitable for laboratory or cosmetic equipment. Then rinse the individual parts thoroughly with drinking water, allow them to dry and disinfect with alcohol the surfaces that come into contact with the product. Before re-use, make sure that no residues of cleaning agent or alcohol remain in the dispenser so that the composition or fragrance of your product is not affected.
The dropper bottle with cream dispenser is ideal especially for thicker liquid and creamy formulations, such as facial and body creams, emulsions, gel serums or lighter balms. The dispensing mechanism is designed to ensure smooth extrusion of the contents at the usual viscosity of creams and emulsions. For very thin or, conversely, extremely dense formulations, we recommend performing a trial dosing before final filling to verify whether the product is released from the packaging in line with your expectations.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it into separated waste according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass container can usually be placed, after rinsing off product residues, into the container intended for glass. The plastic parts of the dispenser (pump, tube, cover) generally belong to plastics, if local waste sorting rules allow this. Before throwing them away, remove as many product residues as possible so that recycling is as efficient as possible. Always follow local guidelines for sorting and recycling.
To choose the right packaging, we recommend using the extended filter in the packaging categories. After clicking on the relevant category, a filter panel will appear at the top of the page, where you can conveniently combine several parameters at once. You can sort the packaging by neck type, size, colour and material, or by other available criteria. In this way you quickly narrow down the selection to packaging that matches your specific formulation and your brand design.
When testing compatibility, we recommend filling a smaller trial batch and monitoring the behaviour of the product in the packaging over several days to weeks. Check in particular the sealing of the dispenser for any leakage, changes in viscosity, discolouration of the glass or plastic parts, and any changes in fragrance. It is also important to verify whether the dispensing mechanism operates just as reliably over time and with repeated use. Such a pre-test will help you avoid problems in later serial production.
