Product description


Apricot kernel oil is created by pressing the kernels of the apricot (Prunus armeniaca). It has undergone refining, i.e. a process which removes the aroma and colour. The resulting oil is very similar to almond or peach oil.

Apricot oil is rich in vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and B17 (no other oil contains it), it also contains vitamin E. The high oleic acid content ensures that it is more easily absorbed into the skin than other oils.

Its properties make it suitable for use in face creams, facial and body massage products (as an alternative to almond oil and grapeseed oil) and hair products.
