Glass bottle – medicine bottle with nasal spray is a practical and hygienic packaging intended for precise dosing of liquids in the form of a fine nasal spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the special construction of the attachment, it is suitable for packing solutions, hydrolats or other preparations for which controlled application and limited contact of the contents with air are important.
This packaging is ideal for formulations that require gentle, targeted spraying, even distribution and comfortable use even with frequent application. The combination of the glass medicine bottle and the nasal spray creates a compact solution that helps protect the stability of the contents and maintain their quality throughout the entire period of use.
This glass bottle – medicine bottle is supplied in combination with a nasal spray that ensures a specific type of application directly into the nose. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the solution is suitable for your particular product.

Before the first filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it with drinking water and letting it dry completely. It is then appropriate to disinfect the packaging, including all parts that come into contact with the contents, with a suitable alcohol-based preparation (for example the IPA or ethanol products available in the Handymade range), and only then fill it with the prepared formulation. This supports the hygienic safety and stability of your product.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and all parts that come into contact with the product, and then disinfect them. For disinfection, we recommend, for example, high-percentage isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of a quality suitable for technical and cosmetic use, available in the Handymade range. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
Even dosing depends on the viscosity and purity of the formulation used. It is recommended to use well-filtered solutions without mechanical impurities that could clog the nozzle. When developing your own product, it is appropriate to test the behaviour of the mixture in the spray during repeated use and, if necessary, adjust the concentration of the components so that fluidity and fine dispersion are maintained. After use, you can occasionally spray clean water or a suitable solution through the nozzle to prevent residue build-up.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, ecological disposal according to the material of the individual parts is recommended. The glass body of the bottle can, after emptying and rinsing, be handed over to sorted glass collection. The plastic and metal components of the closure and sprayer should be separated and sorted according to local waste sorting rules (the material type can be found in the product parameters on the Handymade website). By following the recommended method of recycling, you help reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
