Glass bottle – medicine bottle with nasal spray is a professional packaging designed for precise dosing of liquids in the form of a fine nasal spray. Thanks to high-quality glass and a functional spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling solutions that require hygienic application directly into the nasal cavity. The stable glass material helps protect the contents from external influences and is also suitable for long-term use in both the cosmetic and pharmaceutical fields.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and nasal sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after thorough rinsing and drying is the bottle ready for reuse.
First disassemble the bottle – separate the glass body from the spray mechanism. Rinse the glass part with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinse thoroughly with drinking water. Then apply disinfection using a suitable alcohol-based preparation (e.g. IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). It is advisable to flush the spray mechanism with clean water, if necessary spray a small amount of alcohol through it and let it dry thoroughly. Only after all parts are completely dry can the bottle be refilled.
The filled bottle benefits most from storage in a dry, clean and temperature-stable place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. After use, always check that the closure is tightly screwed on and the spray mechanism is clean, in order to minimize the risk of contamination or evaporation of volatile components. When carrying it, we recommend placing the bottle in a case or box that will protect it against impacts.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend first emptying it completely and, if possible, rinsing out any remaining contents. The glass body of the bottle should normally be placed in a container intended for glass, and it is advisable to remove the plastic parts of the sprayer. The spray mechanism and any plastic components are sorted into the appropriate container according to the type of plastic. Always adapt detailed recycling recommendations to the material information stated in the parameter table of the specific product on the Handymade website, in order to ensure correct sorting and processing of waste.
