The dark glass bottle represents a professional packaging solution ideal for precise dosing of cosmetic and aromatherapeutic preparations. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass, a spray pump and a design cap, it is suitable for filling liquid products that require gentle, even application to the face, body or into the surrounding space. The dark glass naturally helps to limit light exposure to the contents, which is advantageous for light-sensitive formulations.
The bottle is supplied as a functional combination of glass container, spray pump and cap. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – verifying sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oils and active substances).

Yes, the glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your cosmetic formulations.
You can first rinse the glass bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and rinse it thoroughly so that no detergent residues remain. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surface and, if necessary, also the spray pump with an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA 99 % or 96 % ethanol). When cleaning the spray pump, we recommend gentle rinsing and testing of the spraying function after reassembly.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can generally be sorted into the glass container after emptying and basic rinsing. Plastic components, such as the spray pump and cap, should be sorted into plastic collection unless local regulations state otherwise. Before placing in sorted waste, remove any product residues to facilitate the recycling process.
Thanks to the spray pump, the packaging is ideal for liquid and easily atomisable formulations, such as face and body sprays, room fresheners, hydrating mists or alcohol-based perfume blends. Spraying enables even application of a smaller amount of product to the desired area, which contributes to economical and comfortable use. Thicker and highly viscous preparations may not be suitable for this type of dosing, so it is always advisable to carry out a trial filling.

In the advanced filter, you can set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly find bottles, vials, jars or other packaging exactly according to your product’s needs. We recommend combining filtering with checking the detailed parameters for each product so that the packaging is fully compatible with your formulation and the chosen dosing method.
