Plastic medicine bottle with nasal spray is a practical packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid formulations in the form of a fine nasal aerosol. It enables hygienic application thanks to the integrated spray mechanism, which ensures a controlled dose with each press. Thanks to the suitably selected packaging material, the bottle is stable during normal use and helps protect the contents from contact with air and unwanted contamination.
The packaging is designed for liquid solutions that require convenient and repeatedly precise dosing into the nose. The combination of a compact medicine bottle and a functional nasal applicator is suitable for smaller product batches, homemade recipes as well as professional laboratory or galenic use. The internal components of the dispenser are designed so that, when used correctly, they ensure an even dispersion of the liquid and a comfortable application.
This product represents a combination of a medicine bottle and a nasal spray closure, which is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The packaging can be reused if strict hygienic principles are observed and if the material is suitable for the specific recipe. Before each new filling, the medicine bottle as well as the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Always make sure that all parts are dry and free of residues of cleaning agents before filling.
When filling, we recommend working in a clean environment and using suitable tools (pipettes, measuring cups, funnel) to prevent contamination of the neck and the inside of the dispenser. Do not overfill the bottle; leave sufficient space for the suction system of the sprayer so that it can correctly draw up the solution. After filling, screw the nasal spray on tightly, and if necessary perform a test press to verify smooth dosing and even dispersion of the liquid.
Always store the filled packaging well closed, in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. A stable room temperature recommended for the given type of formulation is optimal. Do not use the packaging in conditions of extreme temperature fluctuations or in an environment with high humidity so that the properties of the contents and the functionality of the sprayer are not affected. When storing products intended for nasal application, also follow the recommendations of the recipe and the preservative system used.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters and on the packaging itself (recycling symbol). Before handing it over to sorted collection, empty the packaging and rinse it free of any remaining contents. Then dispose of the medicine bottle and the sprayer in the appropriate container according to the recommended material designation. If your local collection company or legislation does not accept combined packaging, it is advisable to separate the components (bottle and spray mechanism) according to the sorting options available in your municipality.
