Plastic bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with nasal spray represents a practical packaging for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine aerosol. Thanks to the special design of the nasal sprayer, it is suitable for filling solutions intended for topical application, where controlled dosage and hygienic use are important. The transparent design facilitates visual control of the contents and continuous monitoring of the remaining amount of product.
The packaging is designed to provide stable conditions for storing liquid preparations, while the nasal pump allows comfortable and repeatable application without the need for direct contact with the contents. The compact shape of the bottle is ideal for everyday use as well as for travel, where a space-saving and reliable container for solutions is required.
This packaging is supplied directly as a bottle + nasal sprayer combination, which guarantees a functional and practical solution for dosing in the form of a fine spray. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

If the packaging is made of PET-type plastic, it is important to take into account the specifics of this material: PET is not suitable for exposure to high temperatures, at which deformation of the bottle and impairment of the sprayer function may occur. Such packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. For cleaning and preparation for repeated use, we recommend a gentle procedure at room temperature or slightly elevated temperature and professional disinfection with suitable products.
Yes, the packaging can, with appropriate handling, be used repeatedly, but we always recommend strictly adhering to hygiene principles. Before each new filling, the bottle and nasal sprayer must be mechanically cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. If the bottle is made of PET, avoid high temperatures, the dishwasher and boiling to prevent deformation of the packaging.
Before first use we recommend mechanically rinsing the bottle and the spray components with suitable cleaning water or solution and subsequently disinfecting them with an alcohol-based disinfectant product. Suitable examples are the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the individual parts to air-dry on a clean surface. For plastic packaging of the PET type, do not use hot water or boiling, so as not to reduce stability or deform the material.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type indicated in the product parameters. Before handing it over for sorted collection, empty the bottle, minimise any remaining contents and separate the individual parts (bottle, sprayer, possible cap) according to local recycling rules. In most cases, the plastic bottle is placed in the container designated for the given type of plastic, while the composite components of the sprayer may belong in mixed waste if they cannot easily be separated by material. Always follow the material labelling on the packaging and the recommendations in your sorted collection system.
The nasal sprayer is intended mainly for liquid solutions of low to medium viscosity that need to be applied in the form of a fine aerosol. It is suitable for moisturising and hydrating solutions, various solutions intended for topical application to mucous membranes and development samples in the field of cosmetics and respiratory care. Thick gels, high-viscosity oil blends or preparations with a high content of solid particles may reduce the functionality of the sprayer, so we recommend always performing a practical dosing test before final filling.
